Delivery Manager

About the role

SOFTSWISS is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of its Sportsbook platform. You will be responsible for guiding one to two development teams, ensuring predictable delivery, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage one Project Manager and one Scrum Master while functionally leading 1–2 development teams.
• Own delivery health, drive predictability, and coordinate priorities with Product and feasibility with Engineering.
• Support professional growth, performance, and sustainable workload of delivery personnel.
• Establish clear ownership, decision‑making processes, and escalation paths across Product, Engineering, QA, and Support.
• Track sprint progress, cross‑team dependencies, and release readiness, escalating blockers within 24 hours.
• Maintain Jira hygiene, generate delivery reports, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage bug triage, technical debt visibility, and incident impact, ensuring defects are tracked across teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager in a product‑focused tech company.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring delivery staff such as PMs and Scrum Masters.
• Strong ability to influence teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Russian.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with strong escalation instincts.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira for tracking delivery metrics.
