Customer Service Specialist – Italian Market

About the role

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a Customer Service Specialist focused on the Italian market. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders and ensuring a seamless order‑to‑delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class service to existing and prospective Italian customers.
• Own the order‑to‑delivery process, coordinating commercial support to meet customer expectations.
• Handle calls and emails, collect requests, queries and enquiries, and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage order entry using EBP, MS Dynamics and the Case Management System, ensuring data quality.
• Prepare offers, quotations and stock availability information for standard products.
• Monitor order progress, billing and delivery activities, and perform related administration.
• Support Shop Online and e‑Commerce solutions, guiding customers through self‑service processes.

Required profile

• Customer service experience or strong aptitude, preferably in a global industrial environment.
• Excellent business‑level Italian, both written and spoken.
• Positive mindset with strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP SD and MS Dynamics Case Management is highly valued.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and open‑minded with an inclusive approach.
