Commercial Team Manager (English required)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team in Katowice. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, coaching a small team of buyers, and shaping strategy in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, managing daily acquisition operations with a hands‑on, strategic approach.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report results to senior management while shaping action plans to exceed targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience with a passion for developing people.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and native Polish, comfortable in a multicultural setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
