Customer Service Representative – Global Supply Chain Services

About the role

Arrow Global Supply Chain Services, a division of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its international service organization. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling order management and supporting process‑improvement projects that leverage AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing daily communication via email and internal tools.
• Own the Order‑to‑Invoice process, including order entry, backlog maintenance and tracking delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams across Sweden, China, Hungary, Mexico and Poland to resolve issues quickly.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives, exploring AI‑supported tools to streamline workflows.
• Analyze order patterns and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order management or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered tools such as Claude (or similar solutions).
