Content Marketing Team Manager

About the role

CloudTalk, an AI-powered business phone system and AI Voice Agent platform, is looking for a Content Marketing Team Manager to run the content side of its inbound machine. The role leads a team of 6 copywriters and owns what is published, its quality and its contribution to pipeline. It is fully remote in Central and Eastern Europe, or hybrid from the Bratislava or Prague offices, reporting to the Sr Director of SEO & LLM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of 6 copywriters, set expectations on output and quality, and build a culture of open feedback.
• Own the editorial standard: accuracy, depth, voice, structure and product truth, reviewing and editing content before publication.
• Work with the SEO team on keyword strategy, topic clusters, briefs and content refreshes, and with web, technical SEO and design teams on publishing and site performance.
• Align content with classic search and LLM answers (GEO / AEO), and partner with Product Marketing and Sales so content reflects real customer problems.
• Translate team OKRs into a quarterly content plan, track rankings, LLM visibility, organic traffic, conversions and pipeline, and report on results.

Required profile

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS content, including at least a year leading writers or a content team.
• Proven content that drove traffic, conversions and pipeline.
• Excellent editor in English, able to judge quality and explain why.
• Data-driven, with experience using OKRs.
• Nice to have: telephony, VoIP, contact center, CX or sales tech experience; HubSpot CMS; AI-assisted content workflows; additional languages.

Required skills

• Strong SEO knowledge and interest in LLMs and AI search.
• GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar.
