Commercial Team Leader (English required)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Leader to manage our acquisition team in Katowice. You will lead a group of prospectors, drive performance and help shape our commercial strategy in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Track KPIs, analyse results and propose action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate team members to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong people‑orientation with a passion for developing others.
• Results‑focused mindset and hands‑on working style.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) and native Polish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
