Clinical Research Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to support project initiatives and contribute to the success of its operations. This is a part-time, site-based position in Poland, with locations in Warsaw (20 hours per week), Lublin (20 hours per week), Piekary Śląskie (12 hours per week) and Bytom (18 hours per week). Employment depends on having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing project plans to meet organisational goals
• Work with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Gather and analyse data to support decision-making
• Help create reports and documentation tracking project progress
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to improve teamwork and communication

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management or a related discipline
• Experience in a similar role or environment focused on project support
• Experience in the oncology therapeutic area strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Required skills

• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used to support project execution
