Clinical Research Associate (CRL Assistant)

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (CRL Assistant) in Warsaw, you will support the management and execution of clinical trials by handling administrative and operational tasks, taking ownership of trial management deliverables and applying your expertise to complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for clinical trials, including managing documentation, coordinating meetings and maintaining trial-related records.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial operations and resolve issues arising during the study.
• Monitor and track trial progress, manage site communications and ensure timely delivery of study materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site staff and other stakeholders to support smooth trial operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in a clinical trial support role, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage several tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and relevant software, with attention to detail in documentation and data management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, working well with diverse teams.
