Client Services Associate – Warsaw

About the role

The Client Services Associate is the first point of contact for TransPerfect's clients in Warsaw. You will act as the bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring projects are launched smoothly and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new translation projects through the company’s technology platform.
• Collaborate with production staff to assess scope, estimate costs and timelines, and create detailed project briefs.
• Enter projects into internal systems (PA and PD) and monitor progress against budgets and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks before they affect production.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, setting realistic expectations and handling complaints.
• Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and internal procedures.
• Support the production team by providing clear instructions and necessary resources.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or client‑facing roles.
