Associated Clinical Support Specialist - Katowice

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for an Associated Clinical Support Specialist in Katowice, Poland, within its MedTech business enablement and support function. The role supports the Clinical Sales - Surgeons unit, which focuses on cardiovascular solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology and stroke, including stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients. The position is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of key tasks for the Clinical Sales - Surgeons support function, with accuracy, timeliness and quality.
• Take part in developing implementation plans, activities and next steps for the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area to close key opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events, conferences and outside symposia.
• Keep up to date with product information, best practices and technical troubleshooting to help customers choose the right products, services and solutions.
• Compile and review consumer analytics and market trends to support data-driven strategies for sales growth and customer retention.
