ASO Manager

About the role

As an ASO Manager at Huuuge Games, you will lead the discovery, evaluation, and conversion of our mobile titles in the app stores. You will own creative testing and keyword optimisation processes, using data‑driven decisions to boost organic visibility and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative testing processes across assigned titles, including setup, validation, tracking, documentation and follow‑up.
• Own keyword optimisation processes, covering research, implementation, tracking and ongoing refinement.
• Monitor and analyse store KPIs such as conversion rate, installs, visibility and organic traffic trends.
• Analyse the interaction between paid and organic traffic, focusing on store impact.
• Prepare analyses and recommendation proposals based on store data, experiment results and observed trends.
• Identify anomalies, risks and emerging optimisation opportunities.
• Execute metadata updates, asset uploads and store changes accurately and on time.
• Collaborate closely with Creative and other stakeholders to support store experiments and asset updates.
• Maintain structured documentation of experiments, keyword learnings and store performance insights.

Required profile

• Experience in ASO, mobile growth, digital marketing, performance marketing or a related analytical role.
• Understanding of App Store and Google Play environments and key store KPIs.
• Experience with creative testing, A/B testing workflows or experimentation processes.
• Experience with keyword research and optimisation for app stores.
• Ability to analyse performance data and turn it into clear recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, high operational accuracy and solid organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple titles or priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Creative and other stakeholders.
