About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a University Recruiter to lead talent attraction for its Services division in Poland. The role focuses on building pipelines for university and early‑career hires, partnering with hiring managers, and enhancing Veeva’s employer brand across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a tailored talent attraction strategy for the Services team, targeting university and early‑career candidates in Poland.
• Serve as the primary recruiter for critical hiring initiatives, delivering early hiring impact.
• Build trusted, strategic relationships with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand technical and operational hiring needs.
• Optimize top‑of‑funnel processes, streamline interviews, and reduce time‑to‑hire while maintaining quality.
• Strengthen Veeva’s employer brand in Poland, positioning the company as an employer of choice for services, technical, and consulting talent.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account management, or a technical, customer‑facing role within a global technology or consulting environment.
• Full fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ownership mindset, entrepreneurial problem‑solving approach, and ability to drive results.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and maintaining high operational standards in a fast‑paced setting.
• Openness to non‑traditional talent attraction strategies and evolving team operating models.
