TMF Specialist I

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Trial Master File (TMF) Specialist I in Warsaw, you will become familiar with TMF documentation and document management activities, delivering trial master file management work to a high standard while working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gain familiarity with TMF documentation and document management processes
• Contribute to client services contracts and internal ICON business needs related to TMF management
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and ICON procedures
• Assist in the maintenance and organisation of TMF documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation filing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in clinical research or document management preferred
• Relevant trial master file management experience
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
