Global Clinical Trial Associate (Hybrid, Warsaw)

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Global Clinical Trial Associate, you will help design and analyse clinical trials, interpret complex medical data and support the development of new treatments. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the ICON office in Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating and administering clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organise clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents and regulatory submissions.
• Support the preparation of study materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
• Contribute to tracking and reporting clinical trial metrics and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Study Coordinator or Clinical Trial Associate.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and guidelines.
• Fluent English.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
