Technical Trainer – PV & Energy Storage Systems

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver product training on photovoltaic (PV) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to distribution partners, installers and internal sales teams in Warsaw, Poland. The role combines technical expertise with strong presentation skills to support Huawei’s smart PV and ESS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct regular product training sessions for distribution partners and installers, collaborating closely with Product Marketing and R&D teams.
• Deliver presentations at industry exhibitions and technical exchanges, showcasing Huawei’s solutions and industry trends.
• Provide functional onboarding, technical training and on‑the‑job coaching for the Field Sales team.
• Work daily with the Sales team and participate in project meetings.
• Understand Huawei’s commercial, industrial and residential PV/ESS solutions, gather customer feedback and analyse requirements.
• Create, update and maintain training materials and promotional communications.
• Continuously improve personal training delivery skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑time experience in the PV and/or Energy Storage industry as a Solution Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver successful product training sessions, workshops and presentations to professional audiences.
• Good understanding of PV and ESS system design and the ability to explain technical advantages and business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
