Store Manager – POSNANIA, Poznań

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead its POSNANIA location in Poznań. You will represent the brand, manage store operations, and drive the team toward higher performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and maximizing sell‑out.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Control costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration and rotas.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance, run reports and update the District Manager on action plans.
• Analyse commercial data and take actions to meet KPI goals.
• Assist with team training, share product knowledge and recruit high‑caliber team members.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing a retail team and developing staff.
• Track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience managing store operations, stock and administrative duties.
