SQL Server SME and L3 Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Database expert to join a distributed client team working on a Microsoft SQL Server migration project. The role combines new development work with Level 3 support, including occasional on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with the client to gather and clarify requirements.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions, ETL processes (SSIS) and automation scripts (PowerShell, shell).
• Write unit and functional tests for database code.
• Provide L3 support for multiple database platforms and participate in on‑call rotation (once every 6‑8 weeks).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational, remote team.
• Experience in the financial domain is a plus.
