Solutions Architect - Modernization

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a Solutions Architect - Modernization in Wroclaw, Poland. This is a technical leadership role linking Kyndryl with its clients, guiding stakeholders from clients, governance and project executives to delivery teams and sometimes the vendors. You will be involved from the start of a project, defining the best technical solution, and at the end, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the client's subject matter expert, consulting early and gathering inputs to understand what is needed.
• Define what Kyndryl can deliver and design the best solution for the job.
• Lead the technical implementation and act as the tech lead for delivery.
• Use Kyndryl's broad knowledge of major cloud platforms and know when to involve other subject matter experts.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of data centers, mainly systems, storage, networking and security, applications and databases.
• Understanding of systems and solutions architecture.
• Hands-on experience with data center technologies, cloud software and interoperability.
• Customer-focused, with a growth mindset and openness to working with diverse colleagues.

Preferred skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead agentic AI-driven network modernization for autonomous, self-healing Secure Edge and connectivity.
• Expertise in Palo Alto, Zscaler, Illumio and Guardicore with strong DevNetOps and DevSecOps skills.
• Implement and operations for SDN, SD-WAN, SASE and zero trust.
