SEO Lead

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that boosts search visibility and drives organic leads for our data team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategy, including keyword research, backlink building and technical SEO health.
• Collaborate with content, product, engineering and data teams to optimise the website and refine reporting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and AI optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO with a proven record of measurable organic growth.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team and owning SEO projects from planning to execution.
• Fluency in English and strong ownership mindset.

Required skills

• On‑page, off‑page and technical SEO expertise.
• Keyword research and backlink building.
• Use of search engine analytics tools and automated reporting.
