Senior Unity Developer – Mobile Games

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join Ten Square Games in Wrocław. You will turn creative concepts into playable features for our mobile titles, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for millions of players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, QA and the product manager to define and implement new game features.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality Unity 3D code using C#.
• Improve technical pipelines and tooling to accelerate production.
• Identify, profile and resolve performance bottlenecks on mobile devices.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices across the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional game development experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English and Polish for daily communication.

Required skills

• Unity 3D engine.
• C# programming.
• Performance optimisation techniques and profiling tools.
• Understanding of common architectural patterns.
• Basic knowledge of data structures.
