Senior Project Manager - Internal Medicine

As a Senior Project Manager in internal medicine, you will lead and manage projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery of project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities, supporting the team to deliver quality outcomes
• Develop and execute project plans focused on achieving project goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement project activities successfully
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Drive the development of project documentation and reports presented clearly to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Extensive project management experience with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing and mentoring teams
• Willingness to travel as required
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
