Senior Payroll & HR Advisor (Polish payroll)

About the role

SD Worx Poland is seeking a Senior Payroll & HR Advisor to lead the end‑to‑end payroll function for its Polish clients. Based in Katowice and working in a hybrid model, you will combine deep payroll expertise with strong client‑facing skills to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and high‑quality HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle for Polish customers, from data collection to payment execution.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule using the enova365 system.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports and declarations to ZUS, the Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON and PPE.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR documentation and electronic employee records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to payroll and HR matters.
• Participate in new client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement and automation initiatives.
• Share expertise and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing for Polish entities.
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with enova365 or similar payroll software.
• Excellent client‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects, improve processes and coach colleagues.
