About the role

Join Marsh's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as a Senior Operations Specialist, using your French language skills to handle documentation and support multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process and enter data from insurance brokers in French and English.
• Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and French (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience, preferably in insurance, SSC, or customer service.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and French.
• Data entry proficiency in internal systems.
