Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a fast‑growing global fintech firm. This greenfield position will build the HRBP function from scratch, shaping people strategy for a scaling technology organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted People Partner to global technology leaders, translating business objectives into people initiatives.
• Design and implement HRBP processes, frameworks, and scalable staffing models.
• Partner with Talent to optimise recruitment, onboarding, and performance frameworks for tech teams.
• Develop and deliver L&D programmes aligned with global priorities.
• Resolve workplace issues, lead engagement and retention initiatives, and maintain feedback channels.
• Create HR policies compliant with global best practices and local labour regulations.
• Enhance HR operations, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, and reporting through automation.
• Use HR analytics, dashboards, and survey data to track metrics and advise leadership.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of HRBP or HR leadership experience in fast‑growing technology companies.
• Proven partnership with C‑level stakeholders in product, engineering, IT, or security.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience managing HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and policy implementation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; CIPD or equivalent a plus.
• Fluent English (B2+).
