Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our AI‑enabled business applications team. You will work on transforming business ideas into scalable, production‑ready solutions, contributing to both backend and frontend development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Contribute to frontend development with React‑based applications.
• Define technical solutions and drive projects from design through production deployment.
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer‑facing products and business workflows.
• Ensure high standards of scalability, reliability, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and enhance production systems while continuously improving architecture and engineering practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience, including 5+ years of backend development with Python.
• 2+ years of frontend development experience; React is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support.
• Experience delivering production‑ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support.
• Business‑level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
