Senior Copywriter – PR & Social Media

About the role

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior Copywriter to strengthen its PR and social media team. You will craft compelling written content that showcases the company’s products, expertise, and news to external audiences across press, industry platforms, and corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit press releases, media announcements, and other PR materials that clearly convey company news and key messages.
• Create thought‑leadership articles, expert comments, interview scripts, and LinkedIn Pulse pieces for both internal and external platforms.
• Manage the awards submission process, from calendar maintenance to preparing and coordinating submissions.
• Maintain and update company profiles on media platforms and industry directories.
• Prepare executive presentations, talking points, and supporting marketing collateral in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Produce 4–5 social‑media posts per week, translating complex product and business topics into clear, engaging content.
• Research topics, analyse data, and turn large volumes of information into concise, structured digests for social channels.
• Monitor events, awards, company news, and media coverage to create timely, contextual digests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in copywriting, journalism, PR writing, or editorial work.
• Excellent written English at C1+ or near‑native level.
• Strong editorial judgement and ability to work autonomously from research to final delivery.
