Marketing Intern – Sonicare

About the role

Join the Philips Sonicare marketing team in Warsaw and support the growth of the oral care category. You will assist the Marketing Manager with brand development, product launches and digital activations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Digital and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Support product launch operations, track performance of initiatives and prepare reports and presentations.
• Help localise and create digital assets, product‑rich content and communication materials for campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, consumer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Explore new consumer platforms and test innovative ideas to reach audiences.
• Perform daily marketing tasks such as creating purchase orders and supporting other team activities.

Required profile

• Student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business or related field, available 30+ hours per week.
• Fluent in Polish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Self‑driven, well‑organized and able to own projects and deadlines.
• Curious about consumers, brands and new communication methods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
