Senior Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor Dedicated (Poland)

About the role

IQVIA is recruiting a sponsor-dedicated Senior Clinical Research Associate in Poland. You will work directly with one of its clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas through world-class training and mentoring.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices against GCP and ICH guidelines
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution
• Work with study sites and client representatives
• Depending on the client model: remote monitoring, involvement in study start-up, and specialization in a therapeutic area (pharmaceutical products or medical devices)

Required profile

• University degree in a life science or other scientific discipline, or an apprenticeship in health care
• At least 3 years of on-site monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Strong experience in monitoring clinical trials
• Good command of Polish and English, flexibility to travel, and strong written and verbal communication skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The potential base pay range, annualized, is 171,900 to 375,700 PLN, depending on qualifications, location and schedule. Apply with an English CV.
