Senior Clinical Project Manager (Renal, Obesity, MASH) - Global Study Leadership

About the role

iQVIA's Global Study Leadership team delivers complex global clinical trials for pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors, and is looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager in Poland to lead large-scale, multi-regional studies in renal, obesity and/or MASH (Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis). The role provides strategic leadership from start-up through close-out, ensuring quality, timeline, budget, regulatory and customer objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex global and multi-regional clinical studies, driving operational excellence and successful study outcomes.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, giving leadership, guidance and innovative solutions.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams across regions and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks, financial performance and operational delivery.
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure studies comply with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and contractual commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related scientific discipline.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including significant project management experience leading global or multi-regional trials within a CRO, pharma or biotech environment.
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH global clinical studies is strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing study delivery (timelines, budgets, quality, risks).
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted sponsor relationships and manage senior stakeholders globally.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
