Senior Ad Monetization Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Ad Monetization Manager to lead the ad revenue strategy for Happy Color, our flagship mobile coloring app. You will shape how advertising is integrated into the user experience while maximizing revenue and maintaining a high‑quality player journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimise ad monetisation strategies for Happy Color.
• Drive initiatives that increase advertising revenue across all markets.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B tests on ad placements, formats and pricing.
• Manage relationships with ad networks, mediation partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal fill rates.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and development teams to embed ad solutions seamlessly.
• Monitor market trends, benchmark best practices and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ad monetisation for mobile products.
• Proven track record with multiple ad mediation platforms and advertising partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of key monetisation metrics.
• Hands‑on experience conducting A/B testing of ad strategies.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
