Sanctioned-Party Lists Screening Specialist

About the role

As a Sanctioned‑Party Lists Screening Specialist at Bosch Group, you will ensure the company complies with international sanctions regimes. You will work within a multinational team to screen customers, vendors, employees and other parties against a range of sanctioned‑party lists, protecting the business and its reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily screening of relevant parties using SAP GTS and other screening tools against lists such as OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated, UN Security Council and Dow Jones.
• Investigate potential matches, distinguish true hits from false positives, and document findings in an auditable manner.
• Maintain comprehensive records of screening activities and decisions in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing and HR to provide clear guidance on screening outcomes and ensure compliant processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of screening procedures, policies and tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in export control regulations and sanctions programs relevant to Bosch’s operations.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in international trade, business, law or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct thorough research and make sound judgments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders across functions.
