HCP Contracting Specialist (Hebrew) – Enterprise Managed Services

About the role

PwC Poland’s Enterprise Managed Services team is expanding and seeks an HCP Contracting Specialist fluent in Hebrew. The role is back‑office focused, handling the creation, review, and execution of contracts with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) without client‑facing or sales duties.

Key responsibilities

• Populate business terms and determine whether the contracting party is the HCP or the HCO.
• Review and proofread contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
• Submit contracts for e‑signature, track status, and manage follow‑up actions for outstanding items.
• Handle redline requests, coordinate with the client’s legal team, and ensure documentation is audit‑ready.
• Upload finalized contracts to the system of record.
• Facilitate amendment requests, obtain approved language from legal, and submit amendments for execution.
• Support adoption of automation and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, contributing to process improvements and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as the Sunshine Act and Anti‑Kickback Statute.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision.
• Experience with standard contract templates, redlining, and amendment processes.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign).
