Sales Associate (f/m) - Warsaw

About the role

The Sales Associate provides operational and commercial support to the Key Account Manager, ensuring customer orders are executed smoothly and customer service remains high. The role coordinates communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments, and carries out the sales process independently, from preparing quotations and negotiations to closing deals and reporting results.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales department in its day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process.
• Manage commercial communication with customers and suppliers.
• Cooperate closely with the logistics and finance departments.
• Carry out inside sales on an assigned customer portfolio: prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, close transactions and report sales results.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Communicative level of English, as daily communication with suppliers and the company headquarters is needed.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to sales.
• High level of professionalism, commitment and creativity.
• Availability, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
