About the role

A distributed team based in Poznan is looking for a Ruby programmer who is passionate about quality, eager to learn and works with innovative technologies. The office is located in the heart of Poznan.

Required profile

Rock-solid understanding of the core Ruby language
Experience developing applications with the Rails framework
Proficiency in building APIs
Self-starter who takes initiative and sees projects through to completion
Frequent and clear written communication, as the team is distributed

Nice to have

Computer science or related degree
Open source contributions
Elixir or Rust experience
