Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to drive software development projects in a fast‑moving environment. The role requires a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and timelines.
• Maintain high standards of deliverable quality and rigor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate progress, issues, and outcomes effectively in both English and French.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.
• Self‑starting attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to thrive in an innovative, technology‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of the software development process.
