Product and Customer Value Manager - Neuroscience

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a full-time Product and Customer Value Manager (PCVM) for its neuroscience business in Warsaw, Poland. The role covers the end-to-end performance of an assigned product, including financial and non-financial targets, and acts as the main point of contact for key customers. It is a field-based, commission-type position requiring in-field presence about 70% of the time, with frequent travel that may include overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a strategic account management plan, building long-term, value-driven relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor account plans through lead KPIs (visits coverage, days in field) and lag KPIs (sales performance, market share, customer satisfaction).
• Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy and an optimized brand plan, driving national sales targets.
• Watch market trends, competitor activity and product lifecycle issues such as generics, tenders and pricing.
• Design customer interaction journeys covering face-to-face, telephone and digital channels within budget.
• Engage medical societies, national KOLs and key hospital decision-makers on key projects.
• Work with supply chain and customer service teams on planning and utilization, and report local portfolio performance with standard KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 5 years of sales and commercial experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in contracting and tendering and in key account management.
• Proven track record building relationships with external decision-makers such as hospital administrators and purchasers.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
