G2G Young Professional (Pharma)

About the role

Grow2Glow is a rotation programme at Novartis Poland designed for young professionals who want to develop their careers at an accelerated pace. It is a hybrid position in Warsaw with a stated annual base salary range of PLN 101,300 to 188,100.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver four stand-alone projects, each lasting 6 to 7 months, across the most relevant business areas (Sales / Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, Digital & Innovation, Business Excellence & Execution)
• Influence the Polish organisation with an innovative, business-savvy way of thinking, experiment boldly and use digital tools to solve future problems

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the pharma industry
• Advanced Polish and English (at least B2/C1) is a must-have
• Desired: experience abroad (internship, volunteering, Erasmus etc.) and leading groups or projects
• Soft skills: creative problem solving, learning agility, curiosity, courage and collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
