Procurement Manager (IT Services)

About the role

Roche is looking for a Procurement Manager for IT Services in its Indirect Procurement Delivery group, covering sourcing, supplier management, contracting and content strategy. The role works with internal procurement teams and business stakeholders to turn their needs into sourcing and spend management activities, and supports customer demand and the buying experience. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid model, on average two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the market and internal situation to develop sourcing and negotiation strategies for third-party goods and services
• Execute sourcing strategies using spend and category know-how, negotiation, contracting, supplier management and project management methods
• Develop content and automation, turning sourcing outcomes into automated buying channels
• Establish and lead the new T&M procurement function for Digital & Technology, setting up end-to-end processes and ways of working
• Own the full sourcing and contracting lifecycle for T&M requests, ensuring compliance with global procurement policies, governance standards and exit planning requirements

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in business or a related discipline
• 5+ years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing, category strategy and strategic projects, with general contracting understanding or relevant commodity experience
• Knowledge and experience of the IT Services commodity and awareness of adjacent ones
• Fluent English at business level
