Dispute Analyst with European Languages

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for a Dispute Analyst in Warsaw. The role supports the resolution of different types of disputes (pricing, invoicing, delivery, etc.) and requires professional proficiency in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish.

Key responsibilities

• Help resolve disputes over pricing, invoicing and delivery, including preparing documents needed to settle incorrectly priced orders and invoices disputed by customers because of data discrepancies
• Measure and report the compliance of the department's service level agreement with internal customers
• Generate and publish agreed price-dispute KPI reports for each country and business unit monthly or as often as deemed necessary
• Review existing dispute resolution processes and recommend improvements in efficiency and accuracy while respecting company policies
• Keep regular contact with national and regional contacts about information and changes to the process

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in English plus at least one of the listed European languages
• Able to work under time constraints
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations departments
• Proactive, investigative mindset, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Team player who can work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision
• Desirable: experience in a shared services environment, customer care, accounting/cash collection, and knowledge of Excel
