Payment Account Manager - Junior

About the role

SOFTSWISS is expanding its Payments Team and seeks a Junior Payment Account Manager to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders. You will help optimise payment operations, support business growth and ensure high‑quality service across payment solutions and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client business models, operational processes and payment‑related needs.
• Monitor and forecast key payment performance metrics.
• Create development plans for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with PSP Business Development, Technical teams, Business Account Managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Communicate client requirements and feedback to internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve account‑management processes and implement efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing roles such as relationship management, account management or customer success.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) and native‑level Russian.
• Good understanding of the IT industry and key business processes.
• Strong time‑management skills and a proactive mindset.
