Oracle Eloqua Support Specialist – CEE Marketing Automation

About the role

Join PwC's CEE Marketing Automation team to support and enhance Oracle Eloqua solutions for campaign managers, CRM users, and marketing communication recipients across Central and Eastern Europe. You will help ensure data quality, drive platform optimisation, and stay ahead of automation trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver enhancements that improve the user experience for campaign managers and CRM users.
• Own and maintain integrations between web, marketing, event and sales tools, ensuring data flow quality.
• Triage, prioritise and resolve technical incidents reported by users.
• Track and analyse platform performance, turning insights into actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Develop and execute a data‑quality strategy covering retention, record improvements and structural optimisation.
• Monitor marketing automation trends and best practices to continuously evolve the solution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Oracle Eloqua.
• Hands‑on experience with system integrations via APIs or dedicated connectors.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or SOQL.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and solid organisational abilities.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and a current base in one of the CEE territories.
