About the role
Join Marsh's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as an Operations Specialist, handling Swedish-language documentation and supporting various back‑office functions for multinational insurance clients.
Key responsibilities
- Process and enter data from insurance brokers in Swedish and English into internal systems.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation.
- Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Excellent spoken and written Swedish (B2 level).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
