About the role

Join Marsh's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as an Operations Specialist, using your German language skills to handle documentation and support insurance brokers. The role offers a blend of data entry, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage documentation received from insurance brokers in German and English.
• Enter data accurately into internal systems and maintain high attention to detail.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
