About the role
Join Marsh's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as an Operations Specialist with Spanish. You will support policy management, claims, and data processes for multinational clients.
Key responsibilities
- Collate, review and process client insurance policy data, including translations.
- Generate claims ratio reports and maintain data quality in internal systems.
- Support on‑shore administrators, reconcile accounts with insurers, and register suppliers.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar operational role.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and proactive communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- General computer literacy and ability to work with internal applications.
