Operations Specialist (Italian language)

About the role

The European Business Support Center in Warsaw is looking for an Operations Specialist who will support insurance brokers across Europe, using Italian and English on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Handle documentation received from insurance brokers in Italian and English.
• Enter data accurately into internal systems and ensure attention to detail.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and share improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical mindset and minimum one year of professional experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data entry and documentation handling.
• Strong oral and written communication in both languages.
