Operations Specialist (Dutch language)

About the role

Join the EBSC team in Warsaw to support Marsh’s multinational clients by handling policy management, claims, procurement and other operational tasks. The role combines data entry, documentation handling and stakeholder communication, with the flexibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Process documentation received from insurance brokers in English and Dutch.
• Enter and maintain data accurately in internal systems.
• Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data entry and document handling.
• Ability to work with internal business systems.
