Operations Freight Forwarding Agent

About the role

Maersk is seeking an Operations Freight Forwarding Agent to support government and defence projects, primarily in the APAC region. The role involves planning, pricing, and coordinating sea transport of equipment, ensuring end‑to‑end project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Capture essential data to design, cost, and price customer solutions.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution.
• Create process flows for key activities and support tender processes.
• Cover all transport modes with support from colleagues and develop new logistics concepts.

Required profile

• Polish citizenship.
• Proven track record in government/defence logistics.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to work in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish, English and German.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Commercial knowledge and interest in logistics.
• High‑level understanding of logistics products and solutions.

• Salary range: 90,000 PLN – 130,000 PLN per year.
