Operations Analyst with Danish

About the role

The European Business Support Center (EBSC) of Marsh is looking for an Operations Analyst with Danish for its Warsaw office. EBSC took over operations from Marsh Europe so that colleagues can focus directly on clients, covering policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support and more. The role uses foreign languages on a daily basis to handle documentation from insurance brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle documentation received from insurance brokers using your foreign language skills
• Enter data into internal systems with attention to detail
• Share ideas to identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate with stakeholders

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Danish (B2)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Previous experience in insurance, SSC or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to build relationships, open-mindedness and fast learning
