Launch Excellence Brand Customer Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic launch expert to accelerate the arrival of life‑changing oncology innovations to patients across Poland. As a senior individual contributor and subject‑matter leader for launch excellence, you will shape launch methodology, lead through influence, and elevate portfolio readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the launch system: set and continuously improve the oncology launch blueprint, governance model, and readiness standards for the Polish market.
• Lead portfolio readiness: provide independent guidance across multiple launches, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Orchestrate collaboration: lead integrated cross‑functional launch teams across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Finance.
• Coach and guide teams: act as a senior thought partner, transferring launch best practices while keeping asset ownership with respective teams.
• Govern performance: partner with Commercial Operations to monitor launch dashboards, track KPIs, and facilitate post‑launch reviews.
• Build capability: create a reusable repository of launch assets, lessons learned, and proven practices.
• Standardize processes: establish consistent launch processes and decision gates for efficient future launches.
• Drive patient impact: ensure launch strategies are patient‑centered, evidence‑based, and aligned with public reimbursement and hospital drug programs.

Required profile

• Substantial experience in oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or complex healthcare marketing with a proven track record of successful launches.
• Strong project leadership and organizational skills managing complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, able to influence without authority across diverse teams.
• Process‑oriented, analytical mindset using launch readiness scorecards, scenario planning, or risk management tools.
• Good knowledge of the Polish oncology ecosystem, public reimbursement, HTA processes, and hospital drug programs.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills in Polish and English.
• Entrepreneurial, data‑driven mindset with passion for agile, digital, or omnichannel launch optimization.
• Relevant degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
