Healthcare Team Lead

About the role

The Healthcare Team Lead will head a team of Healthcare Managers within the Oncology Healthcare Franchise, translating franchise priorities into actionable programs that improve patient access and treatment rates. Reporting to the Healthcare Franchise Lead, this role works across oncology indications to remove pathway barriers and enable timely access to innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Healthcare Managers, setting clear priorities and fostering a high‑engagement culture.
• Translate Oncology Healthcare Franchise priorities into account‑level execution, ensuring understanding of regional environments and stakeholder ecosystems.
• Drive pathway optimisation and system readiness initiatives addressing diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate Patient Access Program approvals and operational processes for new molecules prior to public reimbursement.
• Partner across Account Management, Medical, Market Access, Policy, Sales, Marketing, Diagnostics and regional teams to align national programs with local needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, MedTech or life‑sciences, preferably in oncology or specialty care.
• People‑leadership experience, either through direct line management or leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to convert account insights and system barriers into clear priorities, action plans and measurable improvements.
